Vital Records are confidential records and can be requested by completing a form by qualified persons only. Qualified persons are:
Others in conduct of their official duties: Attorneys, Title Examiners, Members of Legally Incorporated Genealogical Societies, Funeral Directors (Death records only), Informant listed on Death Record, Court Order.

Copies of records can also be requested by mail or ordered and picked up at the Town Clerk’s Office by visiting the online portal below. Please note that is an additional charge for using a credit/debit card and for mailing, if requested, when purchasing records online.
