The Johnston Probate Court is in session at 8:15 A.M. on the Second and Fourth Tuesday of every month. Please note the Two different addresses for the Probate Court as the Probate Records and the Actual Court Room are in two different locations.

Please mail any documents to the Town Hall at the 1385 Hartford Avenue Address above. If they are sent to the Court, this will create a delay in the Probate Court receiving your documents.
